How We Started !
The construction industry tried to implement a portable 'skills card' system, but it was too expensive at that time.
WorkXid offers a similar service, allowing workers to share their qualifications and skills with employers and providing additional features like access control and training recording.
The skills card concept has been around since the late 1990s, when the Canadian construction industry created a skills card committee to address worker processing logjams. Click here to get feasibility study.
