1.0 Terms of Service

1.1 Definitions
These Terms of Service ("Terms") between You and WORKXID describe the terms and conditions of Your use of WORKXID's Services. BY COMPLETING THE ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE PROCESS, YOU AFFIRM THAT YOU (i) ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND (ii) HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THESE TERMS. If you do not agree, do not proceed.
- "Documentation" means any electronic or printed materials that accompany the Software that provide instructions for the installation, operation, and use of the Software.
- "License" means an individual or participating organization with a valid WORKXID seat license.
- "Services" means WORKXID services including its related Software and WORKXID membership card.
- "Software" means certain software applications, in object code format only, required for you to use the Services.
- "Account" means a services account profile created with WORKXID that uniquely identifies You with a username and password.
- "Member" means anyone who has enrolled in the WORKXID services platform.
- "Participating Organization" means a legal entity that subscribes to the WORKXID system.
- "Third Party Software" means certain software that WORKXID licenses from third parties.
- "You or Your" means you as an individual or an authorized representative of a legal entity.
1.2 Contractual Relationship
These Terms govern the access or use by you of applications, websites, content, products, and services (the "Services") made available by XIDCORP LIMITED and its subsidiaries and affiliates. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Services. Your access and use of the Services constitute your agreement to be bound by these Terms. WORKXID may immediately terminate these Terms at any time for any reason and amend them from time to time.
1.3 The Services
The Services constitute a technology platform ("WORKXID Platform") that enables members of WORKXID's mobile applications or websites to participate in a skills card program. The WORKXID membership cards may contain information about the individual's occupation, education, training, and specific skills. Participating Organizations (employers) are responsible for providing independent third-party identity authentication and validation of the skills associated with the membership cards.
License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, WORKXID grants you a limited license to access and use the Applications on your device.
Restrictions
You may not remove any copyright, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Services. Third-Party Services and Content Services may be accessed in conjunction with third-party services.
1.4 Your Use of the Services
Accounts
To use the Services, you must register for and maintain an active member Account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account.
1.5 Restricted Activities
You agree not to impersonate any person, disclose information related to Services without consent, violate any laws, interfere with the Services, or disrupt the WORKXID Platform.
1.6 Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability; Indemnity
Disclaimer
The services are provided "as is" and WORKXID disclaims all warranties.
Limitation Of Liability
WORKXID shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
1.7 Dispute Resolution
Arbitration
Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be settled by binding arbitration.
Fees
Your responsibility to pay any CAA filing fees will be as set forth in the CAA Rules.
1.8 Other Provisions
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
2.0 Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies only to information collected through our online Services. "Personal Information" includes but is not limited to an individual's name, address, age, etc.

workXid® provides organizations with collaboration, improved visibility, and sharing of industry practices, including verification of individuals' identity and qualifications.
2.2 Collection of Information
You may provide personal information directly to us when you create or modify your account. We comply with COPPA and do not collect information from anyone under 13 years of age.
